HISTORY
Originally a machine and welding fabrication shop in a small corner of a northeast Findlay warehouse, Haley's Machine & Welding first opened in 1974. Thirteen successful years later, the shop became a partnership between our founder, James Haley, and his son Donald, who has worked here as a machinist and welder since 1976.

Drawing on his years of previous machine shop work, Jim decided early on to focus the business more exclusively in the automotive realm. The shop acquired better and larger machinery of its own, and as a result, we quickly outgrew our original home. To accommodate the new equipment and our increased business, Haley's Machine constructed a 40'x60' building in north Findlay in 1986. We're still there today, just a few blocks off Interstate 75.
